Cancellation Policy
Direct bookings: 14 or more days before check-in, full refund. 7 to 13 days before, 50% refund. Less than 7 days, no refund. No-shows receive no refund, credit, or rescheduling. A 4% credit card processing fee applies to cancellations and refunds.
Airbnb and Vrbo reservations are subject to the platform cancellation policy shown at booking, which may differ from the direct-booking policy.
